I applied online. Was required to do a personality test online. A few days later, I got a call from a talent acquisition employee for a brief phone call. Said she will refer me to the hiring manager for an interview because she felt I was a fit. A week later I got a call from another recruiter to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manger. The phone interview was mostly about them telling me about the position and then they asked me about excel pivot table and vlook ups. A week later got invited for a face to face interview. All questions were behaviorist and situational. Nothing about me, my skills or background. Very pleasant. I thought I did well. Still waiting for confirmation if I will receive an offer or not.
