Met with nurse managers and was asked to describe experiences as a nurse using the STAR approach. Was asked about my work history and my goals for the future. Interview lasted about 45 minutes.

I had an in person interview with the unit manager as new grad. It was straight forward and they asked me questions about myself, why I chose nursing, where do I see myself in several years, how do I handle stress, why that specific unit, etc

It was great and I enjoyed meeting everyone on the floor and other leaders in the system. It was an awesome awesome experience. I would like to see more interviews like this.
