Applied through the WellStar careers website on a Monday. By the next day, a recruiter reached out to schedule a screener. Did the screener a few days later, then was invited to a second interview with the hiring manager & another Sr Research Analyst. I felt that interview went extremely well, and I seemed to have a rapport with both people. Was invited to a third interview about 2 weeks later, and that was with 2 C-Level members of the Catalyst venture. Had the interview on a Monday, and it was very difficult. Received questions that had nothing to do with the job or role, but rather were to assess critical thinking. See some of the sample questions below. I definitely struggled and was outmatched in the third interview - it was not what expected, and it was impossible to prepare for. Found out yesterday (a day later) that I was not selected to move on. It's a shame because the role would have been prefect for me.
