I applied online from the wellstar website. After a couple of months I was then called and asked a few questions. A couple of weeks later I was called again and asked to go to the location for a face to face interview. Preparing for an interview is always nerve racking no matter how prepared you are. Just be confident and positive. Let them know what you have to offer and what you can contribute to the company.
