I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Welocalize in Jun 2015
Interview
Very quick and easy. Got called by a nice recruiter. Looked like a promising job, scheduled a try-out, did that, passed that. Suddenly no response. For some kind of reason I didn't hear from them anymore. I made sure it wasn't for my lack of capability. Still no answer. I am waiting since almost 3 weeks now.
there was a two-step linguistic test; one was at home and the other one was on site. other than that the interview with the recruiter was easy and short phone calls
I applied online. I interviewed at Welocalize in Oct 2022
Interview
After a nice brief video meeting, they sent me a test excel sheet. I completed the sheet with extreme detail and sent back, only to get "your test did not meet the quality required to pass" response. I'm sure about the quality of my work, furthermore I asked a translator friend to check my work after receiving that email, and she confirmed that everything was indeed correct. There seems to be an issue with their reviewing or reviewer.

It was overall a quick and easy experience. They contacted me through email for the position Qa localization tester for a big company, then had to do a written test. I had to sign an NDA before the test.
After passing the test they will set an appointment with the company to do a 4 hours test.
