The franchisee owner (or co-owner) was really easy to talk to. Do a little research on the company before you go in to feel more immersed. I initially went in for a shift manager position and ended up with a crew member postion because it'd be easier to transition into a shift manager after a few months since I was coming from another restaurant. If you're coming from another workplace, I recommend this route (if you're flexible) if you don't want to go through training at another location.
Easy and prepare for behavioural questions. Also about your previous experience in food industry. I was asked about the availability too if you drive and how soon can you start working
Easy process to interview with wendys. Worked there throughout high school and college. Great company to work for. Would be a good first job for any kids looking to make some extra money.

Short, straight to the point, only asked about my location, hour and day preference, and the one major request was to not bring drama into the workplace. Asked about previous experience as well.
