You walk in, apply, and give appilcation to one of the managers that's there at the time. General manager calls to set up an interview. At the interview he asks basic questions and then he will offer you the job. Basically if you get a call, you have the job.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
