I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wendy's
Interview
I filled out an application online and called the Wendy's location I wanted to work at the next day. The hiring manager was able to get me an interview on the same day and the interview was fairly simple and only 10 minutes long. After the interview the manager told me to give him a call on Monday to get some info about the job and to schedule a second interview. On Monday I called, but the manager told me to call back in a couple of days so he could finish setting up. I called two days later, and he told me that he could schedule me for orientation by Saturday if I submit my application again for a background check because mine had expired on the website. I called on Friday and am now waiting to see how long it takes to actually get me started.
all in all, the hiring process for this job was dragged out, but it simple.

Question 1
What makes you a good candidate for a job at Wendy's?
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
Interview
1 primera entrevista virtual y grupal para mostrarnos prestaciones y como sería el trabajo (duro Max 30 min) y una segunda entrevista virtual personal con la gerente y dos personas más de recursos humanos.
