I walked in, asked for an application, and filled it out. The manager took it from me and asked me a few basics questions(if I was in school, what my availability would be like, etc). I was then called for an interview approximately one week later. I arrived ten minutes early, but the manager did not get around to talking to me for nearly half an hour. The only questions asked were regarding legality of employment to make sure I was documented. Then I was hired and started training the same day.
