I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wendy's
Interview
Interviewed with one of the assistant manager, he asked me a bunch of scenario questions such as "has there been a time...", "have you ever.. and why...". He was supposed to write down my answers but he let me write it down myself which i would then tell him what i wrote afterwards. Got interviewed by the GM day after, he just asked things such as why do i want to work here, what hours i want, where i go to school, and where i live. Both interviews were very much like a conversation rather than a interview. I don't think all interviews at Wendy's are like this but i'm glad it did to me because i got the job right after. =)

Question 1
Has someone ever came up to you and asked for help while you were working on something already, if so what did you do?
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
Interview
1 primera entrevista virtual y grupal para mostrarnos prestaciones y como sería el trabajo (duro Max 30 min) y una segunda entrevista virtual personal con la gerente y dos personas más de recursos humanos.
