Interview
It was very simple. I applied online and was asked to come in for an interview the next day for the following week through email. I went into the restaurant and sat down with my future manager and just discussed what I would do in certain situations such as handling upset customers. Being friendly is really what I think got me the job. I was told I could start the following week and that is when I would be getting my uniform.

Describe to me a situation where you were forced to take the lead.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
