Interview
Interview process was very nice and smooth. Met with many people from the company. Overall great experience. They did a virtual interview first which was nice then they had me come in and meet with people. I got to learn more about the company
3 interviews.
Got connected with recruiter. Then 3 interviews with management team. Preety easy to follow along but very difficult questions for a simple restaurant. Too much in details, seemed like I'm applying to buy the business

The background, had to have a restaurant experience
In store with regional manager it was pretty easy. It wasn’t a panel interview. They didn’t ask a lot of questions just a few about my resume. I was overqualified for the position so I did not get hired on.
Straightforward process. Asked basic "what would you do" question given some scenarios. They are looking to make sure you understand how to manage a team equitably and fairly. Overall an easy interview experience.
