The company's automated system got me an interview almost immediately. I interviewed for two different positions and on both occasions, the interviewer was late. The first time an hour and a half late, the second time two hours late and the second interview went on for two hours - mostly the interviewer rambling and telling me horror stories about working at that location.

The interviewer didn't ask any questions - very ill-prepared.
The interviewer was very nice and friendly. They allowed me to go through specific examples that highlighted my professional qualifications. They took the time to discuss benefits and perks of the job.
