I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wendy's (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview was quite easy and straightforward. It consisted mostly of standard customer service questions like how you'd handle an angry customer or manage a rush. The manager was friendly and informal, and it felt more like a conversation than a test. No technical questions or tests were involved.
