First round was a phone screen where they asked me to reverse a linked list of menu items. Second round was on-site — I had to optimize the drive-thru queue using a priority heap. Final round was a system design interview where I designed a distributed Frosty machine with 99.99% uptime and eventual consistency across 7,000 locations.
