I applied online, and heard back within hours of submitting my application. The recruiter was very nice to speak with, and she felt that my skills would be a strong match for the position. I was able to schedule an interview for the following week at the Anaheim Campus.
I met with one of the managers, and overall, it was a very great experience. I felt things went very well, and was informed that I would be hearing back by the following week. Two weeks passed, but I did not hear anything. I reached out to the recruiter by email, and she let me know that they moved on with other candidates.
I was very impressed with the speed of the process, and the quality of the people I spoke with. My only suggestion is that I wish that feedback would have been provided as to why I was not selected to move on. The job requirements on the listing were a very short list; such as "2 years of experience in a marketing related environment, experience with MS office, experience with data entry, telephone techniques". I have almost 10 years of experience in business/communications, and have done all of these requirements daily for the duration of my career. I would still love to work here, but I don't know exactly what I was missing in skills that they felt I was lacking that I can work on.
