I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at West Coast University (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied through Indeed and got a call after 2 days. The Talent Acquisition staff discussed the position with me, my experiences and credentials and saw that I was fit for what they were looking for. She initially scheduled me for an "Interview Day" where I was supposed to go with other candidates and do an interview, submit an essay about my educational philosphy, and do a mock teach. However, she called again after a week and scheduled me for a much sooner interview.
I did the in-person interview and met with the Assistant Dean and a few other instructors/professors. I did a mock teach. And then a little tour of where I would be teaching.
A few days later, they called me to give me a job offer and do a background check.
