Phone interview followed by half day of interviews in the office. Everyone that I met with was positive and welcoming, genuinely interested in getting to know me and understand my background. I did not receive an offer, but it was handled with class. I received a call the day after my interview with a detailed explanation of why I was not chosen. Too often candidates receive little to no feedback at all, sometimes not even informed about a result either way. Getting a call and a detailed explanation was quite refreshing, this firm clearly treats people with respect.
