Interview
One phone screen, one 30min phone interview, one half-day of in-person interviews in the office with a case study. The half-day was composed of 5 parts, and while it made for a rather long afternoon, everyone was great. The recruiter and interviewers were friendly, responsive, accessible, and candid. They answered all of my questions and seemed to genuinely enjoy having me in for interviews. The scheduling was quick and efficient. The case study also was pretty typical, and not too difficult. Really an excellent interview process overall.
5 interviews. 1 skills with head of group. 1 case. 1 skills with a team member. 2 behaviorals with 2 team members. Overall not very difficult as long as you prepare.
