I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at West Monroe
Interview
First round was a Hirevue video interview asking your typical behavioral questions, then second round was three back-to-back interviews: behavioral, technical, and case. The interviewers were lovely to speak with and the case interview was not heavy on math.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at West Monroe (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
Started with a HireVue for the first and proceeded to an interview with the campus recruiter, and then three more interviews with members of the team. The interview with the campus recruiter was behavioral, and the three interviews with the team members consisted of a case, a skills interview, and a values interview. The case interview was not traditional but was very relaxed. Everyone I met was very friendly and accommodating. None of the interviews were in person due to COVID.
I applied online. I interviewed at West Monroe (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The 3 hour-straight interview process was stressful but the people interviewing me made it a lot better. Back to back to back interviews was definitely an interesting process, though I understand doing it all at once for time sake. Those looking to intern here, definitely prepare for a long interview
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe in Nov 2023
Interview
After an initial video interview, you'll be scheduled for three rounds of interviews with WM employees. The interview process consists of a behavioral, technical, and case interview. Their case interviews are not as difficult as other firms — it seems that they look for business competence over quick calculation skills, though both are important to practice beforehand. Interviewers were very kind and we got along well.
