Initially contacted by HR for a phone screen, then a phone interview with the hiring manager was set up. Then onsite interview was scheduled. Onsite interview had to do a 20 minute technical presentation relative to what I was being hired for as well as five different interviews with Hiring Manger /Lab Manager/ Lab Scientist/ HR/and what would be my group took my to lunch in the onsite cafe. One of the more pleasant interviews I have ever had.
