Here’s the full process when West came to our college in order :
Resume short listing for students above 70%, Online MCQs test in technical and aptitude concepts, Group Discussion for the students clearing the test, Technical interviews 1 & 2 asking about your major, but I had 3 technical interviews, HR interview, and the final Director interview.

Interview
There was one Aptitude exam in the beginning ,then there was one GD, and followed by that there were 2 technical Interviews and one managerial interview
The first technical round is easy and they just check your basics are clear or not then in the second round they asked on DSA and that's it.
