This "interview" was a complete waste of time. The HR recruiter knew nothing about the position and couldn't answer even the most basic questions I had. They were also quick to shoot down any remote work options at all, even though it's a technical role that is not customer facing. Good waste of 45 minutes of my time, thanks but no thanks.
