Was emailed to schedule for an interview. Interview took about 30 minutes. Haven’t heard back from them yet so I assume i did not get the job. Interview was pretty laid back and the interviewer was upfront and honest about the position and what it takes which I can respect

Two step process. First round was over the phone and second round was in-person. The interviews with the team leads were very fun but the second round with the head of recruiting felt weird. She seemed to not want to be there to hear what I had to say.
