Interview
it was very simple. I had to wait about 30 mins, but when he showed up, we just talked for about 10 mins and he offered me the job. I know someone else is in charge now, but it is a solid place to learn about the industry and gain some skills.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Western Express (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had a great interview experience! I met with the Recruiting Manager and the person who would be training me, if hired. They were laid back, personable and easy to talk to. I didn’t have any recruiting experience specifically, however my personality as well as my background in Management and Human Resources, I was confident I could handle it. Apparently they agreed and I was offered the position and I accepted.
They were also very accommodating when I needed to push my start date back a week due to a family medical issue.
