Interview
Met a recruiter at my college career fair, first interview was an informal phone call with a regional manager who asked general questions about me and what I've done leading up to now, second interview was also on the phone since I wasn't located near their headquarters, third interview I was flown to Kansas City and all of my expenses were paid for. During the third interview I spoke with several people all with different job titles. Everyone was very nice, interested in learning about me, and shared as much as they could about the position and company.
