First interview with the Head of HR. Had to take a computer logic test which was pretty easy. Then discussed test answers and answered a few other questions. Head of HR is a super nice guy, and I thought the interview went really well. He said he wanted to arrange a 2nd interview right away. Had second interview 1-2 weeks later. Seemed to go ok but it was hard to tell. Since then....which was December...crickets. It would have been nice to hear SOMETHING after two in-person interviews. They definitely need to improve their process and communication.
