There was a computer quiz prior to the face to face interview and we spent the first part of the interview discussing the quiz. I've done quizzes before for jobs where there were no clear answers and you could learn a lot about someone by what they chose. But this one was straightforward and generally a waste of time.
At the end of the interview I was told I'd hear from them in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and wrote and got no response until I received the kind of form email you send people who didn't interview with you ("we received many applications..."). I consider it rude and unprofessional to treat someone this way after they researched your company, prepped for an interview and then spent an hour with you. There's a lot of talk about culture and how people are treated. But if this is how they really treat people, then it seems to be all talk.
