Job was listed on Craigslist. Applied through company website, included resume. Was called two days later to come in for an interview. First round was an online questionnaire, but not like your typical "what would you do in ___ situation?" type questions. It was logic puzzles. That was incredibly refreshing and took a lot of stress off of the interview process. Then, I had a sit down with the recruiter who asked me how I came up with the answers, and told me to explain my thought processes. Then, I got a call back two days later to come in for a second interview, which was more traditional "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" and such.
