To submit a resume you must complete an online quiz. The quiz consists of math and word problems and they take a little thinking but aren't all that difficult. I understand it is probably a good way to weed some people out. I got a call from them saying they liked my quiz score and they would like to schedule an interview. So I got a babysitter, drove all the way across town in morning rush hour traffic and showed up for what I thought would be an interview. Instead they take you into a room where you take another quiz. This one is harder and some of the questions are a bit trick, mind you I just graduated with degree in Earth Science so I'm used to taking tests. I sort of rushed through the quiz thinking I had to get to the interview portion. When I finished the woman behind the glass at the front doors thanked me and told me they would contact me if they wanted to move forward with ANOTHER interview. I never even made it in the building. Remember this was for and administrative assistant position. I think it paid $15/hr. I have a bachelor's degree and I never even got into the building. They make paper, it's not rocket science people. I have noticed that similar positions almost always seem open and I have always taken that as a bad sign. If employee turnover is high than there is usually something fundamentally wrong with the management.
