Two managers asked questions to make sure I was serious about working at their hotel. They wanted to make sure I was able to handle customers that were rude and also emotional and a high volume of guests as well. They do not want to hire those that only want the job temporarily.

2o minute interview and email offer with lower starting hourly wage then advertised. No discussion of benefits and was interviewed right in front of resort guest. Did offer coffee, water or tea during interview.
