Just a 2 step interview process online then if they want you to move forward you get a in person interview then you go through the training process and they help you study for the exam you have to take they were very helpful in the training and exam prep
WAS FUN, EASY, SIMPLE.,SUPER PROFESSIONALI. The manager was extremely patient and was willing to help me at any cost WITH MY SCHEDULE.They called me 1 month after my online application. The interview lasted 10 minutes (in-person) and I was asked just if I like working in customer service. I answered yes.
