I interviewed with the manager to the 30 day collections department for this position after back filling the same position in customer service. It was nerve wrecking thinking I would interview with the manager of the department. I went in confident that my personality and experience will not my nerves to show. The interview felt more like a conversation with a colleague on how we can work together to improve the department.
