I recently applied for a job at Westlake Services, based in Los Angeles, CA, and underwent a four-week interview process consisting of two rounds. The first round comprised a 20-minute phone interview, while the second round was an hour-long session with the manager. During the latter, I was asked technical questions on SQL and Excel. However, despite my eagerness to know the outcome, I never received any follow-up communication. I found this lack of response to be highly unprofessional and discouraging.
