90 min interview, 30 mins behavioral and background, 60 mins technical (SQL and Excel). Not bad, the hiring manager was very nice and helped through the exercises if lost. All done on Microsoft Teams

If someone comes in for a loan, what would you consider about their history?

Interview
Excel technical test, make sure you know how to maneuver quickly without using the mouse. Show that you can use fill feature instead of writing out sequences. Make sure you know your basics including pivot tables.
