The interview process was long. First phone interview went well. Then was called in for an in-person interview. Probably interviewed with 5 different people 1 on 1 - took about an hour and a half. Over a month later, I was called in for a second interview. Went the same as the first one with another 5 or so different people. After that, I never heard anything back. After a few weeks, I contacted them - I left messages and emails that were never responded to. Never heard a yes or a no, just no answer. I thought that was very unprofessional, especially after I put in a lot of work for those interviews, driving over an hour each time to get there.

Began the process in October, was sent a short questionnaire, then assumed I had been ghosted as I didn’t hear from them for around a month to schedule the first round of interviews, then had to wait ~3 weeks to schedule a second round of interviews, a week after the second round I was told that the position I was interviewing for wouldn’t be available for five months, when all signs had pointed to a position being open at the current date. Entire process took more than two months, just to be told I was the first name on the list for when the position eventually opened

I had multiple interviews at the West Chester office, but did not receive an offer. A year later, the candidates they had chosen for the position ahead of me had quit. I went back to interview again, but was not chosen this time. I interviewed with about 10 different people the second time I went for the interview.
