Initial phone interview followed by a group in person interview. I was called in for an interview 2 weeks after the phone interview. Took 3 follow up emails to get a response. Very poor communication. Very difficult interview process. I have 3 years experience in environmental consulting, GIT, and high gpa and still did not get the job.
