Interview
No phone interview. In person four-person panel. Behavioral based questions. Be prepared to have several good stories to draw from, or just be ready to make things up on the fly. Overall everyone on the panel was friendly and welcoming. However, they have a list of questions prepared that they take turns asking and they really want to have those questions answered so they can take their notes (not much room for improvising). Minimal technical questions and the few they did ask were simple.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weyerhaeuser
Interview
Applied online and got an offer to do a one-way video call the very next day. I did not like this as it felt unnatural and almost as if I was being screened for my appearance. Then exactly a day after I submitted my video interview, I was invited to do a Skype call with a panel. The questions seemed to tailor towards a specific response and seemed biased, but I guess they're looking for people of a certain personality to fit their culture.
