Nordstrom's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd priorities are excellent customer service. I was formerly employed at Nordstrom's in Scottsdale, Az. I worked in the Spa as a massage therapist. A small spa, but excellent staff, products and services.. The customer comes first philosophy. And, going "one step further" to resolve customer issues is mainstream for employees.
