Congratulations! Any tips for group interview? I'm so nervous!!

Did they ask about their value related questions again? I thought it would be situational question and group activity for group interview. But good to know. Thank you a lot!!

The second interview didn't have as many direct related value questions, but it was still good to remember what each of them stood for in relation to the in-flight situation questions. I actually added in the values while answering the questions to show that I understood not only their values but how important it was to still exemplify those traits in those times. The most important thing for the second interview is to know how to handle yourself on those situations and learn to work as a team or find alternative solutions. You're absolutely welcome! I would highly suggest getting to know your fellow group-mates as it not only helps you get a feel for being on a team but helps alleviate the stress/nervousness that comes with such an intense interview process. Also, just be as natural as possible. For all of the questions (i.e. where was a time you showed exceptional hospitality, when was a time you had negatively affected a customer and how did you resolve the issue, why do you want to be a part of Hawaiian Airlines, etc.), I made sure I always connected with both my group mates and our interviewers on both a personal and professional level. how many times did you apply? how many times did you come in for interviews? how and far did you get each time before accepting this offer?

It’s only a half an hour time slot, does it really go that quick? Also, did they offer you the CJO at the interview ? Or did they email you later that day?
