I have a range of populations with whom I have worked from homeless youth, to Head Start families to older adults. Although my experience is mainly in Mental Health, often there are folks who are also experiencing addiction. This could be as a supporter of a relative who is addicted or the client who is. Regardless, it is necessary to see someone's full picture, to understand their journey and to provide a holistic approach.
