Pros

Communication is a real strength here. When changes are made we get the why behind them along with a clear plan for rollout. Smaller updates like bug fixes and product improvements are also communicated consistently, including what is working well and where there is room to improve. There are ongoing opportunities for learning and development. Even when it is not formal CEUs there are always chances for education and growth which I really appreciate. Appreciation and teamwork stand out. I feel seen by my coworkers not just within my direct team but also across clinical, medical, and other staff. There is a strong sense of collaboration and respect. I feel like Indiana is actually a team and not just random people who happen to work at the same place. Leadership is accessible and open. I am able to ask questions in meetings, trainings, chats, or open office hours and I do not feel brushed off. My ROS is amazing and really creates space for curiosity and discussion, and both clinical and operations leadership (even directors which has never happened before for me) make an effort to be present and available whether virtual or in person. Benefits are strong overall. PTO, sick time, holidays, wellness days, and personal development opportunities are huge. The four day work week is also a major plus.

Cons

At times the pace of work can feel fast, especially during busy periods or when multiple things are rolling out at once. The RSCs do a lot and that can seem overlooked. Some workflows for the operations team can feel a bit tedious at times, and when issues or bugs come up, the focus is often on workarounds rather than long term fixes. I really wish we could find a way to support members more in office. Some of these members due to the hybrid setup and covering offices across the state I might never meet in person.
