Pros

Four day work week, one work from home day, The week of Christmas off, pretty good insurance, nice co workers, meaningful work

Cons

I have NEVER said this always thought people who do were just lazy, cry babies, or didn't understand the place were there work is there to make a profit but Overworked! There were a lot of changes so if you can't go with the flow probably not the place for you. They complicate simple things but that is also a normal thing. IDK it's the only job I cried at maybe if you are an extremely type A person it would be ok.

Pros

- Collaborative team - Always trying to improve the experience for our members - Putting members first - Passionate, mission-driven, combined with experience and expertise

Cons

- SUD treatment can be a difficult space to work in with a lot of uncertainty in the market - especially for Medicaid populations that tension requires adaptability and flexibility
