Poor training and incredible micro-managing from inexperienced Leadership. Lack of support from Middle Management and a very toxic atmosphere with an immature “Leadership”. Job duties and daily responsibilities change frequently with little or no explanation, and no support. When questions are asked, they are met with criticism.
