Disappointing interview process with the HRBP and Field Manager. Both individuals read solely from a script and interview flow, mood and direction were all greatly impacted. Interview felt more like an interrogation rather than a discussion to learn the candidates skills and experience. A company if this size should have better interview process. Improvement is needed.
