Whatnot T&S Program Manager interview questions

Beware of interviewing at Whatnot for the Trust & Safety positions. I know countless people (myself included) who have interviewed here for the last ~4 months and no one has received an offer. Everyone has done very specific take home assignments that pertain to their business problems. None of the assignments have been the same and you even use their company data to solve it and after completing the free work, everyone’s rejected. I made it to the final interview and the Interviewer was incredibly rude and asked specific structural questions on how they should build out their T&S org at whatnot. I kid you not she was talking notes while i was describing the structure at other social media companies i've worked at. I don't know if they are actually hiring for these roles or are looking for free work, maybe they are looking for something very specific, but proceed at your own risk.
