Whatnot Support Worker interview questions

Working at a hospital or for the government has a shorter interviewing process. They have you do multiple on camera interviews if you pass to the next round and then the final step is your references to which they use a website that uses AI to "determine". I spent almost three weeks interviewing just to be told I didn't proceed once references were sent in. Which was odd because NONE of my references were contacted. I researched the website they use for references and turns out it uses AI to determine if it thinks your references are real or fake as well as if you'd make a good fit for the job...but no one actually called any of my references to directly speak to them.
