Interview
Phone screening was first which consisted of two different calls. Then, I interviewed with 5 people in a 1:1 format on site, also had to give a presentation to a group, an excel aptitude test, a telecom interview (also on site), a personality interview and test. The personality interview and test was approximately 2 hours total. Overall the interview process took the better part of a day not including the phone interviews prior to being on-site.
The experience was positive overall, however the feedback after not getting an offer is very minimal, however that is not uncommon for most companies. I see the job openings and have to wonder if they keep candidate profiles on file or if they simply start from scratch each time.

Interview
One human resources meeting and two manager interviews. They also require an excel and communication exams be completed. Exams are very easy and straight forward as well. Meetings lasted 30-45 minutes each.

How do you organize when you have multiple tasks to complete?
Received referral from current employee. Was contacted by a recruiter who arranged a phone interview. Had a second phone interview with SVP. They flew me to Chicago for a full day of interviews. I was also given a cultural assessment by a behavioral psychologist, and asked to make a 30 minute presentation to the interview panel. Received an offer about a week and a half later.
