Applied through campus recruiting and had to submit my resume and cover letter. I was then scheduled for an interview on campus. During the interview, they asked me a variety of personality and marketing case questions. The first half focused on situational/personality questions, and then the interview progressed to marketing case questions. Once I answered one case question, the interviewer then asked a follow-up question to the answer I provided.
