First interview was on telephone and the second one on skype. None of them were technical. Then they asked me to come to assesment center. Where they will do the final selection
2 interviews. First interview was behavioral and technical questions. Second interview was more how my technical background was utilized in my past experience and getting to know me better. Both interviews were with 2 people asking each questions.

Google Hangout with a manufacturing manager, engineer as well as someone from HR. Only about 30 minutes. First half was going over role responsibilities and job specifics. Second half was 4 or 5 behavioral type questions.
